While we do our best to get to your issues as quickly as possible, on-site scheduling is based on priority where by the need with the highest impact will be handled first. That means that a server and phone system outages that affects a large number of people would have a higher priority than a single incident involving only one person. We reserve the right to reschedule a booking due to this but do our level best not to.
Our regular office hours are from Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Business emergency support is available and provided outside of office hours at an additional up charge of $50.00 per hour plus GST/HST. This does not apply to scheduled server maintenance.
