Business Support
While we do our best to get to your issues as quickly as possible, on-site scheduling is based on priority where by the need with the highest impact will be handled first. That means that a server outage that affects a large number of people would have a higher priority than a single incident involving only one person. We reserve the right to reschedule a booking due to this but do our level best not to.
No Matter what service we provide, our goal is always to get your equipment up and running as quickly as possible at the lowest cost possible. We provide remote support in order to get your computer up and running quickly. Sometimes however it is not possible to support a computer remotely (for example: No remote connectivity) at which point an on-site visit will be scheduled with you.
On-site support is currently limited to the City of Calgary.
Our regular office hours are from Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Business emergency support is available and provided outside of office hours at an additional up charge of $50.00 per hour plus GST/HST. This does not apply to scheduled server maintenance.
Remote Support
We provide remote support in order to get your computer up and running quickly. Sometimes it is not possible to support a computer remotely at which point an on-site visit will be scheduled with you.
$100 / per hour + GST/HST
On-site Business PC Support
If we can’t resolve your issue via our remote support option we will book a time to come on-site and repair the issue in person.
$100 / per hour + GST/HST
On-site or Data Center Server Support
If we can’t resolve your issue via our remote support option we will book a time to come on-site and repair the issue in person.
$150 / per hour + GST/HST
Office 365 / Cloud
We will manage your cloud infrastucture (Amazon, Microsoft currently) for you so you don’t have to.
